When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will automatically receive an e-mail informing you when your order has shipped. 
It will contain a tracking number you can use to go online and track the status of your shipment.

What shipping methods do you use? How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is FREE on all orders within the continental United States where the merchandise total is over $100. 

For orders under $100, we offer standard flat rate shipping for $10.
Standard shipping methods typically arrive within 7-10 business days. Most of our packages are sent out via USPS Priority Mail.

For expedited shipping within the continental United States we offer Express shipping for $30 which takes 1-2 days to arrive. 
Please also add 1-2 days for processing.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Please provide an accurate, working address for us to ship your merchandise to. Please provide us with your apartment number, floor number, 
or any other information that is necessary to ensure that the carrier can successfully deliver your package. 
Refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping costs. If you would like us to re-ship a package that 
was returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping costs are your responsibility. 
If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us as undeliverable, there may be a 5% restocking fee.

International Shipping

We currently ship to South Korea only.

All orders will be transacted in US Dollars by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency.

International shipping is also FREE on all orders within the continental United States where the merchandise total is over 100 US Dollar. 

International orders under 100 US Dollar will be charged a flat shipping fee of US $10.

All international orders will be shipped via International Premium Express Service.

Orders are generally received within 3-5 business days from the ship date; however it may take much longer due to customs regulations beyond our control.

Please note: Occasionally, when we are shipping large, bulky, or heavy clothing items such as coats, the international shipping charges 
may exceed the flat rate. If this happens, we will e-mail you and let you know what the extra costs will be and you can choose to proceed or cancel the order.

International duties and taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. 
Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. 
You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; 
please contact your local customs office for further information. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
